Nina Childress
Nina Childress (born Christine Childress; 1961) is a French - American visual artist based in Paris.
==Life and work==
Born in Pasadena, California, she studied in Paris at the ENSAD (Ecole National Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs). At the end of the 70's she takes an active part in the French punk movement with her group Lucrate Milk.〔(Lucrate Milk official website )〕 She starts painting at the same time and joins from 1985 to 1989 the street artist collective ''Les Frères Ripoulin.''〔(Paper in The New York Time about ''Les Frères Ripoulin'' street action in New York, February 1985 )〕
Since her work has been shown internationally in museums, art centers and galleries.
